A Skeypub professional web developer will login to your current site and make any changes that you need each and every month as long as your account is good standing.
We will make sure that your site is current and that all copy, images and links are active. We will also make sure that your email is working properly and will help you remain in good standing with your domain registrar and hosting company, however we will not be responsible for making those payments.
The monthly rate of $50 covers the 1 hour of time that our developers will spend on your website. Basic monthly maintenance should not take longer than an hour to do. However, if you decide that you need more work done on your site, we are more than happy to do the work for you at our billable rate of $50 per hour. This will be discussed and agreed upon on a per job basis depending on what needs to be done. Otherwise, you can relax knowing that your website is being kept up to date and concentrate on growing your business.
Monthly billing is an automated process.
What does the monthly maintenance not cover?
When you sign up for our service you are bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Skyepub’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

I understand that because this is an electronic transaction, these funds may be withdrawn from my account as soon as the above noted transaction date.
I understand that the $50 Monthly Maintenance Fee is to be collected automatically once a month beginning on the first day that a new client signs up for our service.
The $50 fee is equivalent to 1 hour of billing time each and every month and does not roll over to the next month.
We will log in to your website at la minimum of once a month to make any changes that you have requested.
If the monthly work time goes over the 1 hour billing rate of $50 per hour you will be invoiced for any additional hours of service at a rate of $50 per hour. If this seems likely to occur we will notify you before we do the work and before we send you an invoice.
You can cancel your service at any time. No obligations.
We protect your privacy and encrypt all credit card and billing information
We do not cover your hosting and domain expenses for your website. That is a separate fee that you incur with your web host provider and domain registration company.
